Tamara Neal is an award-winning author whose passion for storytelling is rooted in a lifelong dedication to helping others. As a certified relationship coach and a former radio personality on the Voice America Empowerment Network, she has spent her career advocating against domestic violence and guiding individuals toward healthier relationships.

Neal’s unique journey began as an emergency communication technician at the Baltimore County 911 Center, where she honed her innate ability to offer solace and support during moments of crisis. Her voice became a lifeline for callers in distress, and this powerful experience laid the foundation for her celebrated book, Venomous Relationships, which earned the 2015 National Indie Award of Excellence.

In addition to her work on relationships, Neal is a prolific author of children’s books that inspire empathy and understanding. Her titles include Friendship, a finalist for the 2015 National Indie Award of Excellence, A Fish Named Fred, a Five Star Readers’ Favorite, and Kinship. Her insightful articles have been featured in well-known publications like CNN and WebMD, and she has shared her expertise on national platforms such as Good Day DC Fox 5.
